Nestled within the vibrant Royal Rays Food Hall in Dagupan City, Juliana's Kitchen offers an enticing escape into the rich and diverse flavors of Asian cuisine. Specializing in a fusion of Thai, Malay, Singaporean, and Vietnamese dishes, this restaurant stands out as a culinary gem for those craving an authentic Asian food experience right in Pangasinan.
The menu reads like a flavorful journey across Southeast Asia, featuring beloved staples such as Gai Tod (Thai fried chicken with sweet chili sauce) and Hainanese Chicken Rice, both of which have quickly earned acclaim from locals and visitors alike. The crispy, golden skin of the fried chicken paired with the spicy-sweet sauce creates an irresistible bite that awakens the palate, while the fragrant, tender chicken rice offers comfort and satisfaction in every mouthful.
Juliana's Kitchen truly captures the essence of Asian cooking with dishes like Pad Kra Pao Moo—holy basil and pork stir-fry that bursts with aromatic heat—and Tom Yum, a classic Thai soup known for its delicate balance of sour, spicy, and savory notes. While one review mentioned the traditional clear Tom Yum broth as slightly different from the creamier version more commonly found, this only speaks to the authentic style Juliana's embraces, catering to genuine Asian taste experiences.
The dining atmosphere is warm and inviting, accentuated by the option of outdoor seating—a thoughtful touch especially appreciated in today’s environment. The casual yet cozy setup invites diners to savor their meals comfortably, whether they’re dining solo, catching up with friends, or sharing a flavorful feast with family.
Customers frequently praise the attentive service and the expansive menu, which satisfies those looking to embark on a culinary Asian food trip without leaving Dagupan. Nowhere in Dagupan you can find authentic Asian dishes... Here's Gai Tod or Thai fried chicken with sweet chili sauce and Hainanese Chicken Rice.

I have been craving for Thai Food for a while now since i came back to the PH (I have been residing in Thailand for many years)and was told that Juliana's offers some of Thai cuisine's staples. I ordered Pad Kra Pao Moo (Holy Basil and Pork Stir Fry) and Tom Yum. I gotta admit, I was very disappointed being served the clear Tom Yum (Tom Yum Koong Nam Sai) as I am accustomed to the newer and much more popular variations of creamy Tom Yum soups being served back in Thailand (Tom Yum Khaa or Tom Yum Nam Khon). Nevertheless, I am not taking this against them because, technically, they still served Tom Yum, just not the one i'm accustomed to being served with. The only thing i can suggest would be putting a more specific detail on their menu about their Tom Yum to curtail expectations. the soup was commendable, regardless. Meanwhile, about their Pad Kra Pao Moo? The taste was right on the money. Trust me, this is my comfort food back in Thailand so I believe i can put some credibility to it. Must try! Will try their Pad Thai (also one of my faves) soon and see how it fares.
